I know this issue has been fixed for some. Is anyone else not able to access mobile apps? I can log-in, but HBOgo and Showtime say I'm not subscribed (I am) and DirecTV app says it can't connect to my receiver. Calling customer support doesn't get me anywhere. Am I the only one who still can't get connected?????
I'm having problems too. I can't log into the direct tv app or NFL sunday ticket. Have been on the phone, but, the customer service reps were useless. Does anyone know what fixes this? do we just have to wait until someone 'fixes' it internally? Is there someone we can ask to talk to who knows what to do?
