your tv or its cables are not HD

I have a DirecTV HD recorder and am using the HD output to feed a couple of HD TVs. I am also using the Composite output of the receiver to feed a couple of SD TVs thru coax cables. Currently, I am using a Composite to RF modulator to do that. And that works fine, until I get an HD DirecTV menu on the screen and then I get the dreaded "Your TV or Cables are not HD" message. It is my understanding that using Component, instead of Composite, output will resolve that.

My questions: Is anybody using a Component to Coax RF modulated converter? What brand/model?

If not, Can I use the Monoprice 7114 (referenced here in the forums) Component to Composite converter and then feed my existing Composite to Coax RF modulator? Is anybody doing that?
