MAC Address for device

guy_sparky

My DirecTV system is HR34/700. one DCCK and 3 Genier's (C31-700).

System currently functions fine.

For my piece-of-mind, I like to be able to identify all devices connected on my home network.

As part of this, I log all of the MAC addresses used by all my equipment.

I've identified all the MAC addresses used by the HR34 and the C31's, but I've noticed that the DCCK MAC address that appears in my router setup screens does not match the MAC address physically printed on the DCCK label.  Further, the MAC address printed on the DCCK side-label does not show up anywhere on my router information screens.

Does the DCCK actually have 2 MAC addresses or do I simply have the "one-in-a million" devices that might be mis-labeled?
