We had a new Genie receiver installed yesterday afternoon and the tech couldn't activate it because of the server or whatever being down. I waited about 3 hours then called and it was still down but she put our info in and said it should automatically do what it's supposed to once it was up. Well, we kept checking periodically through the evening and it was never working. And now, I just got up at 730 AM EST and it's still not working. Anyone know if it's up yet before I call again?
