What are the different forum views (Forum Topics, Threaded Posts, Recent Posts)?
The Forum Topics view allows you to view all the threads (conversations) taking place on the discussion boards.
The Threaded Posts view allows you to view the threads (conversations) in an expanded format, so you can see all the replies that were made to the initial post.
The Recent Posts view allows you to view the most recent posts made within a thread (conversation).
You can choose the time frame by using the drop down menu directly below the three available views.
What does the moderator do?

Why do I/how do I rate posts?
You can rate a post if you find it to be something you think is useful for others in the community to read. When you click on the post title, you’ll find a “rate” link. Click on that link and a window will pop up with a rating scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent). Click on the rating of your choice and hit the “submit” button. You will immediately see your rating under the rating column. If others have rated the same post, the rating shown will be a cumulative rating.
