Is there a way to increase the volume from a standard converter box? I watch tv while using a treadmill and some shows are just too low-volume.  My old cable co box COULD do this since it defaulted to 50% of max volume.

I couldnt find an answer anywhere and DTV didnt answer my email. Maybe it's time to go back to cable even tho we lose TV in bad storms when wires fall.

I have an amplifier and it works great!  I would like one that maintains a more constant volume.  Any suggestions?
