    I JUST GOT THIS RIDICULOUS EMAIL FROM THEM.  BASICALLY SUGGESTING I DO EVERYTHING THAT'S ALREADY BEEN DONE 6 TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!  SO INFURIATING

    Thank you for writing. I am sorry to hear that you are having problem logging in to our mobile app.

    We are limited on what we can troubleshoot through email and we would like to speak with you about the mobile app and your log in since it is working through the website. We need to troubleshoot first over the phone in order to diagnose the problem and find the proper resolution.

    The best way for you to get help as soon as possible is to call 1-800-531-5000 and choose the option to speak to a technical assistant. Our Technical Support agents are trained to walk you through a number of troubleshooting steps which are too difficult to try to talk through over email and are available 24 hours a day.

    Also, you may find some helpful information at the DIRECTV Technical Help forums. Just visit http://forums.directv.com/pe/index.jsp to find answers to your questions.

    Many many people can log into the website but when logging into apps (directtv for ipad, hbogo, etc.) it  says unsername/password not valid.  PLEASE HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!!!  there have been over 100 emails to you about this and no one is responding.

    All of your suggestions have already occurred! That is why I've been led
    to you. I've called that number and have been on the phone for hours with
    a number of people to no avail. And the forums. If you check the forums,
    there are TONS of people who are having the same
    issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
