I'm having some problems with my on demand services that I can't seem to resolve. I am able to search through the on demand library and both record and watch now shows that are available, but when I click the Browse by Channel option on the menu, none of the channels come up. Also on the On Demand home screen, the icons on the left that promote new shows are whited out and I am unable to scroll to them at all. My premium channels' on demand links which are usually located by their respective channels in the guide are also completely missing. I've restarted the receiver and the directv network box with no results. My system and network tests have come back successful, and like I said, I'm able to search for shows and record them, I am just having this specific issues. Any help would be great, thanks.
