Ongoing issue, already replaced the genie per dirct tv, that did not solve the issue, receiver is connected to the same home wifi network, all direct tv receiver option work, just the app can't find it ( its grayed out)

We recently added the DirecTV streaming box to our setup and our sound bar is very muted, even though the sound indicators show that it’s at full volume. We have a Samsung tv, Polk sound bar, the streaming box and it’s set up with a direct connection through an Ethernet connection. Any ideas what
