dvr records blanks from channels we didnt purchase

Subscriptions show at bottom of screen. Each is paid for but will not allow access. When clicking on Prime,Netflix on AppleTV, subscriber name is shown, when clicked on the name, then it opens but will not allow access to select a movie, etc.

How can I tell if my tv is compatible with my direct tv box?

(Server) Records content not requested by anyone in our home. I have deleted the content. The undesirable series and shows are not listed in upcoming recordings or anywhere in recording manager. Any solutions or ideas are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Been with Direct TV for 24 years and in 12/16/2024 my $30.00 "discount" expires. I called and the best they will do is give me a $25 discount. So really being a customer for this long they are only RAISING my rate $5...!! How lucky for me. Why don't you take care of the long time clients? I should j
