Is my new DirecTV Internet online account supposed to be linked to my AT&T wireless online account? Or should it me a totally separate account?

What's the difference between the RC65 and RC66?? From what I found on the web is that there is no difference except for the cost. On DTVs web site one is $15 and $25. James

My DirecTV says that my bill hasn't been paid since October, but I can't sign in to the website. I've tried to reset my password and find my ID, both of which are the username and password I'm trying to use. It keeps saying that the ID or the password is invalid.
