BILLING FOR EQUIPMENT NEVER RECEIVED!!

ALREADY SENT AN EMAIL. WAITING FOR RESPONSE. TO REINTERATE..... I AM NOT PAYING THE $104.96 THAT I WAS BILLED FOR BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED ANY EQUIPMENT!!! I WAS TOLD ON MAY 1, 2020 SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME WITHING 24-72 HOURS AND WAS TOLD THIS AGAIN ON MAY 8, 2020. CAN'T YOU PEOPLE TELL TIME OR WHAT?? WE HAVE WAITED ALL MONTH FOR SOME ONE TO BRING THE RECEIVER WE NEED TO PUT A TV IN AN UPSTAIRS BEDROOM. THAT IS ALL I ASKED FOR. IF YOU HAVE NONE OR NO ONE, PLEASE LET ME KNO. I REFUSE TO CALL BECAUSE I ALWAYS HAVE AN IMMIGRANT TO DEAL WITH. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THEM. PLEASE HAVE SOME ONE WHO SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH TO CALL IF A PHONE CALL IS NEEDED.

When you place an order the account is billed for the amount. Normally goes onto your next bill, though sometimes may require up-front payment. In either case it is not dependent on how soon you get the equipment.

The only way to remove the charge is to call DirecTV and close the order. The charges should reverse within 48 hours of doing so.

Nobody will call you as that is not how customer support works. You call them as always. Unfortunately they are still short staffed as were required to have many call centers closed because of Covid-19. So hold times can still be high until they are allowed to go back up to normal staffing levels.
