Can not connect....no tv

I have been trying to connect my tv for 20 minutes, nothing will come on the tv except  the direct tv logo and connecting! This is getting crazy I can't even put on the t.v. for the news. I had a hard reset and nothing

 If this isn't resolved I'm changing companies today .

Have you also tried resetting your main Genie DVR using the red button near the access card?
