Complaint
I have had the most horrible customer service from your company. I was charge a $99 fee that i was not told that I would be charged. Customer service says they cannot credit it because I ordered online. I’ve been hung up on twice once by a supervisor and not given a call back as promised. I have been with your company for less than a month and I have had nothing but a horrible experience.

That "no installation or setup fee" is dependent on what you actually ordered vs what's included in that "no installation or setup fees", if you ordered any wireless mini genies there IS a $99.00 charge for the wireless video bridge. So what equipment did you order? The sales confirmation order also details ALL charges.

You agreed to it when you placed the order online, so you don't have a ton to stand on. If you placed it with a person, they can atleast trace it back to the person than otfered it.

No-one here represents DirecTV, we are customers like you and simply trying to explain/help. $99 is the cost for the wireless video bridge which allows you to connect wireless receivers. It should be on your paperwork.

I'm trying to explain the charges and the reason it wouldn't be credited by anyone, none of us here work for directv, (I used to, so I know the inner workings ) we provide FREE advice, if you consider free advice rude then excuse me. Also I find it very unlikely that the $99.00 charge for the wvb wasn't detailed online when ordering, as it would have asked for payment at the time of order.

@Justagirl918 this is a customer to customer forum. Any employees are clearly marked with the word employee under their name, so no we arnt representing at&t. Like saying the person in line infront of you are Walmart represents Walmart
