DIRECTV is not honoring the package contract that was initially set up with their representative. This was setup directly from the DIRECTV company, not a third party representative. When I contact DIRECTV they can't even find my original contract stating what I actually have or do not have package wise. I only signed up with DIRECTV for a specific package option they offered me. I signed up for 2 free years of NFL package. The deal worked for a month. When I went to watch that part of my package it was no longer there. They now claim I don't have it anymore and want me to pay for it. This is not what I signed up for. If they won't honor my contract, I want out. Especially if they claim I don't have a contract with them. How can I pay for services they claim I don't have. They sure take my money every month.
