Direct tv app sign on

Just signed up for direc tv, downloaded the app for iPad. Rep said I was set to watch tv on iPad (receiver not installed yet) i can't log in with right combination of ID and password. May have multiple ID's and passwords with various branches of AT&T. Changed passwords a couple of times. Frustrating!
