This does not work! It has been 2 days straight in which i check every 30-45 minutes at least 5 times a day and no option to chat. Very inconvenient and problematic

What channel?

What subscription package do you currently have?

 

Very few channels are available to be added by themselves.  Most channels must be added by upgrading to a package that includes the channel you want.

did you read the bill?

compare it to previous bills see what changed?

maybe credits expired?

they have 1 of 12, 23 of 24, ect next to them

I  purchased a roko from one of your at&t stores and have been I've been unable  to log into my directvnow . I've been paying for this since feburary and unable to use it.

We contacted the store yesterday and said they couldn't help us and we would have to go online to setup I/D and password can you please help us.

you have directvnow?

you should have a username and password for it already

can you log in on a pc?

We have both directv sat and directv now.
We have the directv sat at home but wanted the roko now when we traveling and wintering in a different state.
We have a regular bill we pay for are directv sat and the directv now is being charged on our mobile phone bill.
