Dispute billing
My account has been closed since October, 2024 and all equipment returned the first part of November, 2024 - I talked to Paulet on January 23, 2025 because of receiving a billing of $41.03. According to her I shouldn't have been charged anything. She reversed the charges and said the account had been closed, confirmation # R21-2710073134-33. I now have received another invoice dated 1/28/2025 in the amount of $19.14 - since I was told that the account had been closed, I shouldn't have received this invoice. Since I was told that my account was closed I'm not paying anymore charges, please remove this new charge from my closed account.

This is a customer to customer with no access to any accounts so can't do anything about billing issues, unless DTVhelp sends you a PM/DM or you can send them one using one of DTV social media websites. You can also file a BBB complaint to kick it to corporate.

Based on that low amount, either the prior bill wasn't paid in full on-time, or there were one-time charges to clear the account such as Early Cancellation Fee, Non-Return Fee, or any unbilled PPVs discovered. If account wasn't canceled, then amount would expect to have been quite a bit higher, like your prior bills.
You will need to call DirecTV for official support. But if you want guidance from experienced customers, what are the exact line items on the bill that was $41.03?
