Dvr recording

Trying to record shows on CW network channel 15. Show shows up as recorded then says channel 721 was not in the package. It should have recorded on Chanel 15 starting to get really irriitates with Direct TV

Try going to www.directv.com/refresh and refresh your receiver.

Also try giving it a reset, either by completely unplugging/replugging or pressing the red reset button. If it is a bigger receiver, the red reset button is behind a door that will come down if you give the top right corner of the receiver a push. If it's smaller, the red reset button is on the right hand side.

 

If that doesn't work, you will need to contact DirecTV: DirecTV Contact Support
