E-Mail Address for DirecTV/AT&T

I am an extremely disgruntled customer.   I have spoken to several customer service representatives who are "very sorry" for my situation but who have not been able to resolve my issue.    Does anyone know of an e-mail address for this company?

There's no way to email them.

I'm looking for an email too.  But with help at an at&t/directv store a clerk told me say retention when calling directv.  I put my phone on speaker and the clerk coached me in the background to say the right stuff to get my problem resolved. The retention people seemed smarter and more helpful to keep you as a customer.

I can totally identify. Had my iPhone 11 Pro crack and become nonfunctional, but had insurance so had another sent. Received new phone but it never would work. Went to three different stores, one five times, over a period of six weeks (yes, I was without a working phone for six weeks) looking for help.


ATT Rep: "That's not our problem. Call Assurian (on what I would ask)."
ME: "I bought the phone from AT&T. You should take care of this."


After six weeks, I finally went to Apple. Had a new phone in less than twenty minutes. No questions asked on free replacement. I have never experienced such lousy customer service as with ATT in my seventy one years of roaming this planet.
