How do I go about retrieving rewards card?

I have not received my $100 rewards card after being with Directv/ATT for 3 months. How do I go about retrieving this?

You need to contact the reward center ....

Hopefully the correct rewards amount is documented in your order confirmation.

I've gone to the rewards center and it doesn't allow me to log in and says
my account # hasn't been found. I've been on hold trying to contact the
rewards center for 40 minutes.

Be patient and stay on hold until they connect. They're the only ones that can help you with this. 

What does your order confirmation say about the reward amount?  If it's not documented there, then you're probably out of luck.

Out of luck???? I signed upf or DirectV/ATT being told I would receive a
$100 gift card. This should be honored! I have never been so disappointed
with my TV service's customer service before. EVERYONE I speak to is
terrible. This is so disappointing.

If it's NOT on the order confirmation email then it WASN'T ordered and you won't get it. More than likely it wasn't added and that's why the rewards center can't find your account number
