how do I pay my DIRECTV bill online

I am trying to pay my DirecTV bill online. It doesn't matter where I go. I can go to directv.com, I can go to att.com, I can google "pay my directv bill", nothing matters. EVERY SINGLE TIME I get re-directed to att.com and can only see my internet profile! Used to, before ATT came in and ruined it, you could go and pay your bill online no problem. My bill is *supposed* to be combined, but it isn't. I need to know if there is actually a way to still pay online. And it needs to be a solution that doesn't involve "going to directv.com and signing in to my account" because that always redirects to att.com and does absolutely no good.

Went to directv.com and logged in, redirected to att - same as you. However, after the redirect I was still able to navigate to a page to pay my directv bill.

Here’s what worked for me: I also have ATT wireless and the default overview landing page always shows my wireless acct info by default. I’m guessing you’re getting the Internet landing page by default.

The “internet” button (which also shows your internet acct #) is actually a pull down menu. Clicking on the pull down menu, then selecting “TV” should redirect you to a page with your directv info with a links to “See My Bill” and “Make A Payment”. 

Hopefully that’ll work for you.

When you combine with ATT the DTV is added to the ATT bill not the other way around, so to pay your bill you would want to login to your ATT account online to pay it. The other payment methods are mailing a payment, over the phone, or in an ATT store.

I appreciate everyone's help. Still not working for me, but I will just pay the bill over the phone again. Just trying to figure out how to pay online when it's more convenient. I'll get with customer service and see what the issue is.

I don't have ATT wireless and the pages keep asking me to link accounts. I only have DirecTV and this goes on month after month after month. It really is frustrating

 Was using AT&T app which i used to link to directtv. This is no longer working. Tried logging into AT&T but dont have an account. You have to use your AT&T phone number, which i dont have. Stopped with AT&T years ago and will not go back. I guess I'll be looking for new tv service soon. One where i can pay my bill the way i want when i want.

Yeah, well I have been paying my "combined" bill same as I have for the past 5 years only to find out recently that I am supposed to be paying the TV portion to Direct TV directly. I found this out when Direct TV sent me a paper bill (first time for that) and it reflects 3 months behind. My question for AT&T is this: If I have been paying the entire combined bill to you at the same old  AT& T paysite, (WHERE MY BANK INFO IS STORED) and you havn't been taking the bigger TV portion OF MY PAYMENTS and giving it to the Direct TV division, WHERE IS MY F...... MONEY GONE???

Because "Direct TV" says that I owe the past 3 months. I'm telling them that I have been making the entire payments to AT&T. $40.00 is the internet portion, the over $100.00 balance of the payments I make are supposed to be for the TV portion. Direct TV states they have not received payment for 3 months. I have the bank records to prove AT&T has been taking the entire payments.

I want to believe it is an internal problem and not some shady criminal conduct on the part of AT&T. But so far, no one has been able to help me. Do I need to get a lawyer???

I want too know why we are getting billed and numerous stations as unavailable due to "negoiations".  Ever since AT&T took over Directv out services have been randomly changed her costs have gone up! Thinking of switching providers

me too! I have been complaining for months!  No one cares and if my payment is late I am hit with a late fee!

did not have any problems till at&t took over sorriest service i have ever had even when the vet let my dog die accidently ,you dont have problems logging in after they disconnect your service just greedy trying to get that extra money

We understand how frustrating these issues can be let’s discuss our options.

 

When attempting to view your DirecTV information this can be done through the AT&T website with the same login information you would have used on the DirecTV website. Now if you are still having issues logging in we recommend following the steps below.

 

First we will touch on some “housekeeping” items.

  • Clear your history
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Make sure you are not using any saved login information

For your protection, we may lock your account after too many sign-in attempts. To troubleshoot this sign in issue we will either have to wait a full 24 hours or reset your password.

 

If you are having issues trying to view your DirecTV bill please visit our support page for all the ways you can view and manage your DirecTV account.
