I cannot login to my DirecTV account online
I have been trying to login to my DirecTV account online, and went to chat with one of your reps, the person seemed to be from another world. Asking stupid questions, and telling me how to log in, when I have done it many, many times. Do you guys have the people from other countries working there also, because this person seemed to be trying to make my chat longer than it should, and asked a lot of questions about my account, which I hope they did not try to steal my identity?

I've talked with a rep via Directv for help to no avail. Each month I circle the drain to pay my bill. C'mon - make it easier for us! Sorry to continue complaining but we only get one check a month and it's on the first of each month. We'd like to pay all of our bills then so we can asset how much we'll have to live on!!! Hope you hear me and thanks!

It has been my experience that when Directv does not want you to find things they deliberately give you a run-a-round and make you crazy trying to find what you're looking for. It is deliberate!
