I have made 5 calls to DirecTV since April 6, 2022 to correct account billing and it's still not right.

I am still being charged for 5 TV access fees and it should only be 2! Therefore, I am due a credit of $42.00 plus tax on my account for being charged for 5 the last two months.

This is a customer to customer forum with no access to any accounts, you can try filing a complaint with the BBB to kick it to corporate.

The official "help" team is small with limited options. And there are a few in the mix that need more (any?) training. So not a guarantee you will get a response at all, let alone a solution.

If calling doesn't work, and the forum path doesn't help, then definitely go with a BBB complaint.
