I was on auto pay and my last bill said that I was no longer on auto pay and my bill went up $5  This seems to be a recurring problem on both AT&T and DTV. How can I fix this.

Hi, @Bobandia.

Was your last bill's payment still auto-drafted by the payment method you had set up? Also, did you make any changes to your account recently?

Check to make sure that your auto pay is still showing enrolled through your myAT&T or DIRECTV login.
