Missing reward card

 i do not receive 200 reward card it was in contract  3 moth ago  you company reward card is in mail to this day i have no card i am waiting to end this year  no card iwiil move to different company i will do nothing with dishonest people

 Still waiting on my $200 visa reward gift card also talk to three different people today they’re all full of crap ! This company  will do  and say anything to get you to switch !!

I am a new customer and I've been told for 30 days now that my rewards cards will be mailed out but they have not.  I check the status in the rewards tracker and the mail date keeps changing on 3 of them.  2 of the rewards show mailed out for the 2nd time and I have not received them.  Deceptive business practices.  I will switch back to Spectrum

Where is my $200 reward that was promised by Robert with Direct TV!? Then Joann in the rewards department,  promised the reward and we STILL haven’t received it!!! Ridiculous! It has been months! I need to stop my services!   [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]

I did not get my reward. The 200 reward card they told me I was going to get after service was connected that was june 30th and they rescheduled 4 times with out telling I just got off the phone with them and said that my reward expired because it took to long they still haven't hooked  my internet or home phone. By I paid a deposit
