My channel titles say unavailable for several days now. What’s up with this?

Well, try resetting it. But that model is soon to be obsolete. DirecTV is discontinuing SD/MPEG2 channels during 2019. You need to call DirecTV to arrange for a FREE SWAP to newer equipment, including a SlimLine Dish if you don't already have one.

First thing to try is resetting your DVR/Receiver. What model number is it?
