My payment was posted to the wrong account

Payment was posted to wrong account on June 24 have provided proof of payment taken from my account and put towards another account I have been promised a call for over two weeks no reply service interrupted for a payment that your company can’t find that was made from your automated teller on June 24 for 113.00

Call AT&T directv and at the prompt, say, "Billing Dept."  If you talked to a regular DTV CS rep, they do not return calls.  Again, ask for Billing Department.

We are customers just like you and have no access to accounts.
