Need contact information for escalation department

I am a DirecTV technician went to a customer's house to  Service swap a genie could not do it due to it being  Being a work order in edge  And it showing not to genies on the account when there was only one The you too is in the Ed system there is 2 different systems one is show and and HR44 the other system is shown and HR54 so I am needing to get in contact with the escalations department or so I can pass it on to the customer
