Why does DirecTV no longer allow users to edit their profile page? 

I have been trying for months to get a customer service representative to address this issue for me with no results at all.

It looks like your device isn’t showing the website correctly. Have you tried a different browser, computer, or device? Have you turned off antivirus software, VPN, ad-blockers, etc? If you are unable to fix the issue, DIRECTV will likely be of little help since they usually can’t change how your account shows up online. Anyway, this most likely is a browser issue since an option for Billing, Managing Equipment, changing programming package, troubleshooting, and other options should be present.

I have tried Chrome, Edge, and Safari on multiple devices in multiple locations. Live support had the same idea and ran me through a whole series of activities changing settings and browsers and in the end none of it made any difference.
