Returned Equipment

I hadn’t turned in my equipment after cancelling my account. I was billed for them. I returned them today. I want to know how long does it take for the charge to be cleared from the account??????

Any non-return fees (NRF) on the bill would expect to be adjusted off the account within 48hours of DirecTV receiving (not just in transit) the boxes. So if you gave the boxes to UPS/FedEx logged in for their free return program, then it has to get from them to DirecTV first.

 

DirecTV has 21 days from the last day of service (so when boxes are deactivated) to have received them back before the NRFs would charge.
