Signing up for NFL Sunday Ticket for Students Problem

Checking to see if anyone else is having this problem, I'm trying to sign my son up for NFL Sunday Ticket for students.  We did the Sheer ID verification process and received a link to sign up for a package; however, when we go to signup it says he already has an account and to please sign in.  When trying to signin with what we think is the email for the account, it says that email and password is invalid.  I know it is because we never got to point to pick the package, so the system apparently says he has an account, which he does not, and won't allow for sign up.  It is a continuous loop, and we are beyond frustrated because since he was verified on 7/28/2019 we have been trying to get him signed up with no success.  Have done numerous phone calls, chats, trying different emails and been told this has been escalated four or five times with no success.  I have had no problems before with signing up with my other 2 children and yet can't seem to get anyone to figure this out for us, so trying to see if anyone else is having the same issue?

Currently having this same issue, stuck in a continuous loop. Keeps telling me I have an account when I don’t with the email being used. Whenever I log into my AT&T account it doesn’t return me to the Sunday Ticket U page making me unable to pay for the package. Incredibly frustrated by this.
