well its good to know all the charges when i cancel. my direct tv equipment cant be properly programmed i have been considering whether i should sue or flood facebook and twitter that the direct tv equipment is so poorly designed. my channel package is over 100 dollars but because of the poorly designed programming no one can tell me what channels i should be recieving. i have tried calling a half dozen times.
the favorites list setup the "add channels i get" gives me 724 channels.???
the on demand leaves me doomed.
even in the channel guide highlighted channels are not available. if they are on my favorites list im blocked from the remove from channel list option.
badly done UPGRADE. its DOWNGRADED here
i was a direct tv customer for10 or more years before i tried dish and they are worse.
FIX these issues guys i pay way too much to sort through 724 channels to find something to watch.
