Victim of Fraud - DIRECTV 9 digit account
I was the victim of fraud. It appears a sales agent fraudulently used my information to open a DIRECTV account back in 2015. I was sent to collections for it. I have been a loyal at&t customer so this is VERY irritating.
I recently went through the AT&T Global Fraud team & sent the proof of addresses for the dates requested. In your experiences, has this resolved the issue? Or am I better off escalating with the state AG?
