When will my bill be available?

I'm a DirecTV customer only, no at&t phone service and not interested in it.  I recently was required to make a new account login for this My Att&T site.  My DirecTV bill used to be auto paid on the 18th.  It still hasn't cycled because of this change.  When will my bill be posted/paid.  I don't like that it's a week past my normal payment date and my bill still hasn't been paid.

Hello @nukeswife you will need to call 1800.531.5000 again to have auto bill pay re-setup.

Please explain to me WHY I have to call to get the company I've had Directv service with for 10 years just to get them actually BILL me like they are supposed to.  

I never had any of these issues before At&t took over.

I called, and low and behold they couldn't help because the autopay is set up but the bill is nowhere to be found.
