Where can I access the form to get a waiver?

I cant access the form to get a waiver on a late fee you charged me on March 12th. the Website says it can't find it.

Check the page on the consumer section for the waiver info and link. If you still get an error than you will need to call DirecTV, or give it some time if they are catching up on website maintenance.

Though make sure you can log into your DirecTV account in the first place. If you haven't registered before, or only logged into AT&T specific services and not DirecTV itself, then it can't find it as the login hasn't be created yet.
