With all the lines tied up with Covid 19, how do I get someone to fix my bill?
I was given two incentives for resigning and they billed my account wrong. I can't get a hold of anyone to fix it.

Keep trying is the only answer. Many call centers are shutdown, hence the long holds with the short staffing.
Sorry there is no special way to jump the line of anyone else trying to contact them.

Our wait times are delayed because of recent events. A recommendation, to verify if the account has the discounts, is to sign in to your account at www.att.com. Promotions will be listed there but it can take 2-3 months for the bill to reflect.
