Address verification

We are building a home in a new neighborhood and the address is not yet recognizable for GPS and can’t be found when checking availability. We are moving in 3 weeks and I gave called ATT about moving my service to the new address 3 times only to be told something different each time. They tell me they can’t find the address which I KNOW but can’t tell me how to move forward in the process to have my address verified. One even told me to go to my post office to get it taken care of. My internet company couldn’t find my address either but sent a technician out to physically verify it and determine if service was offered. 

 

Has anyone else had this issue with Directv? I’m pretty close to just canceling my service and going with cable through my internet provider since they haven’t had so much trouble helping me.

We moved into our manufactured home in an old mobile home park.

Our home was placed in a newly created space which continued the numbers on the street. It used to end at 161 but now ends at our space, 163.

The problem with DIRECTV is that they can't verify the space number of our address. This means we can't have DIRECTV.

We asked at the mobile home office. They said to check at the United States Postal Service. We did and our address is listed with them correctly.

We really prefer DIRCECTV. 

What service does DIRECTV use to verify addresses?

What can I do?
