Changes to channel lineup

I read that providers like DirecTV will no longer include out of the area network TV channels (ABC CBS NBC maybe PBS ) Will that effect me as a Seattle customer?

DTV is not allowed to provide the DSN channels in a DMA that has local channels like Seattle.

This only affects distant network services (from NY and LA ) not lil distant networks start at channel 360
