I have a message that says "too many active locations" I pay for 5 receivers. Only 4 works
Very likely you don't have 5 receivers, but 1 Genie receiver and 4 Mini Genies which are Clients (not receivers).
Genie is 5 tuner HDDVR.
Clients have no tuners so each use 1 from the Genie.
Genie keeps 2 tuners to itself for Picture in Picture (PiP)
This leave 3 tuners for Clients.
So at most 4 TVs can be in use at one time (Genie and 3 Clients)
Instead of Clients you can get a HDDVR (2 tuners and 500GB recording space) or HD non-DVR (1 tuner, Autotune, still can watch recordings of others) so that you could use all TVs at once. Agent should have offered this when you were exceeding the active number of clients. As that would be above the free offer, the one-time lease cost would be HDDVR $199 or HD non-DVR $99. No difference in monthly cost as you are paying for the TV location, regardless of what model box is on it.

First thing to try is resetting your main Genie DVR and all of the Mini Client boxes.
