Does the GenieGo 2 provide CCK functionality?

I have an HR24 and a CCK attached to an 8-port SWM, and the CCK is of course connected to my networking switch. I just purchased a GenieGo and the unit is the newer GenieGo 2 with both a coax and an Ethernet port. Does the GenieGo 2 include the CCK functionality to bridge the coax and home networks, obviating the need for the separate CCK, or do I still need the CCK?

i tried it with and without, and I do still seem to need the CCK to see the HR-24.

That's a bummer. Thanks for the quick answer.

the GenieGo 2 has the capability to act as a CCK, I just don't think it has the updated firmware.  If you feel adventurous and have a coax next to your router, you can give it a try, perhaps DirecTV® made the update and kept it hush hush....
