DTVEverywhere - Full Screen?

I am a new user of DirecTV Everywhere, having downloaded to my Win7 laptop yesterday.  I'm using IE9 (32-bit).  I receive the shows I request, but I use the "full screen" icon on the display window, my screen goes totally white, no picture, but I still get sound.  How do I use DirecTV Everywhere in a full screen mode?

What resolution do you have the monitor set for?  My monitor is set to 1920 x 1080 and it displays full screen beautifully.

Thanks, dcd.  Please remember I'm using DirecTV Everywhere, not Nomad, but since both are similar services and there's no forum for Everywhere, I posted here.

My resolution is 1366 x 768, but I've tried lower resolutions to increase the screen size.  There's something wrong with the "Player" (Adobe); when I try to use the Player full screen mode, it goes to full screen, but the picture disappears to a white screen with only a play button in the middle, but I still get full sound.  The only way I've been getting a larger picture is to lower the resolution, but I still get the outline of the web page within which the Player is displayed.

I don't know what your problem is specifically, but Everywhere uses a special player downloaded from the Everywhere page.  I would reload that player and see if that helps.

When it was ATT TV it, the app worked great, Directv screwed it up. Thats why I left Directv in the first place. Gonna have to again. Thanks for ruining my experience.

Hi @Falcone203, we want to make it right.

This is not the experience we want you to have with our service. Please create your own post including details of your situation, we'll take a closer look.

@Falcone203

This thread is years (2012) before the existence of AT&T TV (rebranded to DIRECTV STREAM). DirecTV and AT&T TV / DIRECTV STREAM have nothing to do with each other. They just share an owner.

As this thread is about a decade old and is for another service than what you are complaining about, it will be CLOSED.

Start a fresh thread if you want help. Otherwise the forum moves on as creating an account for your "thanks" isn't looking for anything productive.
