DVR playback issues

Hi - I've noticed on every single hockey game I record that there is skipping in the playback (I'm sure it's just more obvious watching this type of program).  There is no 'blockiness' and the signal looks clean but the playback skips as though there are frames missing or briefly frozen.  Restarting the tower/ reciever has no effect.  It occurs about every 10 seconds or so.  Please advise.

I should have been clear - I'm using DirecTV equipment - the link you provided is for ATT U-verse on a completely different hardware platform.   =\

Thank you so much for correcting which service you have. In checking, we see that our techs are aware of the problem already and working to resolve it. 

 

You will know that issue has been cleared the payback feature will return back to normal.  There is not an ETA on when the feature is the be resolved.
