Frequent loss of signal; Screen glitches during playback

We have been having major problems with signal loss lately. It happens on only certain HD channels.Weather is not the issue. I have a feeling the answer is that someone needs to come out to re align our dish but wanted to ask. Also, we are having another issue which I'm not sure if it is related or not but when we watch recorded shows we frequently come across where the picture jumps/skips/glitches/freezes. This problem seems to happen during programming where there is a lot of noise--cheering, singing, etc. Signal strength test results are below. Thanks!

Yes your HD sats are to low, there are videos on youtube that can help if you want to try it yourself.

Yes the low signals could be causing the glitches.

Service calls are around $50 and includes any parts if needed, free if you have the protection plan.

How is this related to this 4 year old thread?

Yes, DirecTV has always charged for service visits unless you pay for their optional $8/mo Equipment Protection Plan.  It's your choice.
