How can I contact to discuss AT&T's poor workmanship?

I recently had a Direct TV installation at and on my home.  The result of the install thus far has been good.  We are pleased with Direct TV.  However, I have one issue with damage to my home from the installation.  I want to contact someone who can address poor workmanship during the installation. Any info is much appreciated!

@GMounts  yeah that looks pretty hoaky but directv will not contact you as they dont read these community customer forums, your best bet is to call or use the chat feature or You will need to file a Property Damage Claim. Here is the information for that: Property Damage Claim

I called the client service, I got an Ana Gutierres.

After explaining many time my problem to her and she didn't understand me, I asked to speak to a supervisor.

On several occasions, the supervisor refused to speak to me. Roberto Jimenez.

They never treated me as a client. They decided to transfer me to the fraud area. Veronica, after listening, She inform myself that customer service had to solve the problem.

I got the answer from Daniel, who found all the information and could have answered me.

It is unfortunate that people who do not do their job are working, are pedants and not listen.

I have attached a picture of the damage to my home by your technician.  As you can see the work was very poorly done.

I am requesting that Direct TV repair the damage to my home.  Please respond and let me know when I can expect a repairman at my home.

Anyone here have problems with receiving promised callbacks from Direct TV? 36 days now. Yes, I have called to ask why and was told I would receive a call by 6 p.m. that day. Didn’t happen.

I am a new Att customer who could not move my internet connection to my new home cos att was backed up with work. However they canceled my existing connection and I had to initiate a new account again at my new home. Then I get billed wrongly. Then my new home connection goes kaput in 1 week cos of faulty modem and I get tech appointments rescheduled multiple times and days and no one shows up or calls. I lost work days and pay sitting and twiddling my thumb waiting for the most inefficient company called att. I expect this service from Comcast who I have been with for several years before moving to att as my neighborhood only has att. I am a very frustrated and dissatisfied customer of att internet and don’t recommend it if you have a choice. They are no better than the rest in the business. As I am writing this message I am waiting for that mysterious tech to arrive to fix my router though past his appointment time.

So what does this have to do with DirecTv satellite service?  DTV doesn't even have stores.

please contact DTV at 800-531-5000 so that the rep that you will be talking to can create a damage claim about the poor workmanship of the previous technician.

Assume whoever everyone is responding to deleted their post. For whomever searches these posts, please check the date and what the post is about. If thread is years old or has nothing to do with your question, create a new thread. And perhaps question might have been answered if people bothered to read first.
