How do I shut off ordering unless they enter a code?
No error code. I learned that my grandchildren ordered movies when I was not watching. How do I turn off the function of ordering unless I enter a code?
Comcast has that function, and I would like to know how to set it up on Direct TV. Please advise

You set the spending limit to 0 with the parental control then lock it with a 4 digit code on each receiver.
