I received a message to refresh my reciever but not sure how I do that. Can you help me?

I received a message to refresh my receiver but I'm not sure how to do that.  Can you help walk me through it?

Log into your Directv Account - Go to my hardware - list of all receivers on your account - Find the one you wish to refresh and click the link - that's all there is too it.
