Issues since connecting to a Sony X720E - 4K Ultra

85%When turning the TV on, get blue screen and get the message, "no signal. Check the external input or select another input using the input button"Unplug DVR, plug back in, DVR would resetSleep setting.  Turned off the sleep setting so DVR would stay on all the time.  Turn TV, logo is there, have to reset the DVDPermanent fix

Do you have a manufacturer certified 4K ready TV ? If your 4K TV is not certified DIRECTV Ready, you will need our latest Genie.

 Also check out the article to troubleshoot and resolve 4k TV issues.

I will get the latest Genie and give it a try. Thank you.  Once I find that it works, I will accept the solution.
