Lost remote control to receiver

You may try to set your remote to RF mode again as follows :

On the remote, press and hold the MUTE and ENTER simultaneously while pointing the remote at the receiver.

When pairing is successful, the following screen message appears: "Your remote is now set up for RF"

If you have DirecTV's Equipment Protection Plan, they'll replace your remote for free.  Otherwise they're pretty cheap on Amazon.
