There can be audio/video minutes difference between receivers in two rooms.
There is no way to sync audio/video between Receivers and Mini Genies (Clients, not receivers).
However, difference should only be seconds, not minutes. If you are getting a difference in minutes, I would first verify the coax into every box is finger tight. Red button reset the main Genie and only when complete to reset each Client in turn. If you have any wireless Clients, reset the WVB before the Clients.
