Mobile app says already streaming to another device which is false!! Cannot fix please help!!

I’m the only one on my account with this app and everything I try and watch a Recording on my DVR it says already streaming to another mobile device! I’ve erased the app and reloaded it and it won’t work! Please Help!! Thanks, Chris M

Try resetting your main Genie DVR using the red button near the access card.
